The kids started school: Caelan's in 2nd grade, Ben's in Kindergarten and Megan is in morning preschool. So it's only Nathan and me in the mornings. We usually go running and then run errands (if we need to). It's kind of fun to just have some one on one time with him everyday. He is always very excited to go and get the kids though....
He still doesn't say too much, but he is trying harder to copy what we say. I don't think it will be too long before he is saying stuff on his own. He has a special name for his favorite blue blanket. He calls it "vita." One day I practiced saying "blanket" with him. I said, "Say 'bla,' "bla,' 'blanket'," He said, "bla, bla, bla, vita." So I know it's not that he can't pronounce the "b" sound - it's just that he has a name for it, and that is what he wants to call it.
